A professional experiance , the best service experiance I,ve had in a long time

Very friendly! More efficient that other dealerships we’ve been to! We were able to test drive the car we wanted within 10 minutes of arriving.

The service of my Tahoe was great. The Tahoe however not so great. This was a 2021 Tahoe with 48K miles and it needed major engine repair. At the same time the technician discovered the rear differential needed service as directed by a maintenance bulletin. Both these items were covered by warrantee. However my trust in the vehicle went to zero and I immediately sold the car. My reading on the problems associated with these 8 cylinder engines and class action law suits are real problems which need to be corrected.

As always Chi and Lindsey greeted me with a glad to see you smile. I also spoke with Marlow Hall and the used car salesperson about two cars for my granddaughter... They were outstanding as usual.

Work was completed with the exception of the front running daylight on the drivers side is still not working. Have another appt scheduled for 1.22.25.

I purchased 4 new tires for my 2017 truck thru Burtons in Seaford. Three days later it showed a tire was low! They added air to all 4 to make them even and also had to reset the computer sensors that wasn’t done when I picked it up! After a couple of weeks the 3 of the tires were losing air so I put air back in and again they lost air. So I called for another appointment!! They told me the sensors were bad which I had no problem with them before the new tires! They said three of the 4 needed to be replaced which to me should have been changed out during the replacement! The young lady said it was going to cost me $435 to get done which I felt was a ripoff! She came back with a charge of $144 I still say and think that this is a ridicules charge especially since I had it serviced earlier and that bill was $4300. I may have to consider taking my business elsewhere! Now after looking on my phone about the charge of $144 is showing up on my Apple Card as going to the Church of Nazarene and have to see why that is! Just one totally messed service😡

Ben, my salesman made the whole experience very easy. He took the time to go through everything on my new car to make sure I felt comfortable. He had the paperwork ready for me when I arrived for my appointment to purchase the car which was extremely helpful.

Had a payment that I needed to stay close to and got what I needed,truck should have come with rear wheel well liners but had to buy them, that was the only problem. The salesman did a great job.
